Free Community BBQ to Celebrate the National Hunting, Trapping & Fishing Heritage Day.
National Hunting, Trapping, and Fishing Heritage Day is celebrated on the third Saturday of September each year to recognize and respect hunting, fishing, and trapping as parts of the country’s national heritage. The day is also set aside to invite Canadians to join the ongoing conversations surrounding protecting the country’s heritage activities and conservation.
The Event is Free! A number of outdoor activities for kids, including trout fishing at the pond.
