The natural beauty of Central Alberta is highlighted best 20 minutes north of the City of Red Deer in the Lacombe Region as it offers multiple natural hiking areas that are easy to navigate and welcoming to beginners. The beaches and lakes of the region make for an easy family day trip with many offering amenities like picnic tables, public washrooms and bbq pits.
